3. Zero-Log Policy on User Content

Unlike other services, we do NOT monitor, log, or store the content of your streams.

• We do not track which channels you watch via the player.
• We do not analyze the content of the M3U playlists you upload; we only process the URL to sync it with your device.

4. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties like PayPal/Stripe (for payments) and Analytics providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

• Active Licenses: We retain your MAC address as long as your license is valid.
• Inactive Trials: If you use the Free Trial and do not purchase a license, we may delete your MAC address and associated settings from our database after 90 days of inactivity.

Delete Your Personal Data: You have the right to request deletion of your data. You may contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information (e.g., removing a MAC address). Note that deleting your MAC address will result in the loss of your license.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We use commercially acceptable means (SSL Encryption, Firewalls) to protect Your Personal Data, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Payment & Refund Notice

Please note that refunds are not permitted after purchase, and we will provide all necessary documentation (usage logs) to our payment gateway providers in this regard. We encourage users to thoroughly evaluate the application during the trial period.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
